THE ROLE

Are you looking to take your next step into an application-focused Solutions Architecture position?  This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a team with a real focus on enterprise scale solutions and a chance to gain experience in a wide range of technologies including industry-leading cloud based solutions.

You'll join a mature practice, working with a team of 15 Architects in a supportive environment, with great opportunities for self-development.  This would suit an individual with an Infrastructure / BA / PM / DBA / Dev Manager / Development background with a good technical awareness, looking to move into Architecture. You'll report into the Senior Solutions Architecture Manager where you'll be supported every step of the way.  Training and development is extremely important to us and we will also put you through your BCS certification in Enterprise and Solution Architecture.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have experience of solution design and a real passion around current trends and cloud technology.  You'll have awareness of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, but this is desirable and not essential. We use Archimate, so it would help to understand this notation, but training will be provided.

BENEFITS

The days of full time, fixed hours, stuck in the office in business dress are long gone! We strive to provide our colleagues the flexibility they need to juggle their job with life outside work. An inclusive, diverse culture is important to us and where it's possible we will consider part time or job share applications.

A competitive salary comes with an excellent benefits package including colleague discount, company share save scheme, a competitive pension, company bonus and many additional rewards! Once you're here the development opportunities are as endless as your commitment to your self-development and we will support you every step of the way to help further your career.

If you have any questions regarding the position, then please email clare.tempest@asda.co.uk
