Are you a Test Lead with previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and have a strong understanding of testing best practices? If so, then we would love to hear from you. 

 

In this role, you'll report to the Functional Test Manager and you'll be accountable for delivering testing capabilities to time, cost and quality to ensure business value can be achieved. Through your role you'll develop new working relationships with Asda and Walmart colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team that has grown year on year. 

 

THE ROLE

Challenge and review work produced by 3rd party suppliers

Assist the Functional Test Managers in developing testing approaches and plans across numerous projects and programmes

Provide data for meaningful metrics that define performance and drive continuous improvement

Provide regular project updates to the Functional Test Manager

Identify and manage risks through to closure

Work with Development and Engineering teams to develop and improve ways of working, particularly around Agile and CI/CD.

 

ABOUT YOU

You'll have previous experience in working closely with 3rd party suppliers, building relationships with the development and business teams in order to provide test feedback and experience managing numerous projects and Stakeholders. Ideally you will have knowledge around ETL and Web Service testing as well as using management tools such as JIRA.
